Platform Usage

By accessing the First Mention platform ([firstmention.dev](https://firstmention.dev)), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Data Collection & Usage

When you initiate an AI Visibility Audit, we collect the following data points to generate your report:

• Business Name & URL: Used to query AI models (Groq, Qwen, Gemini) to establish your current presence.
• Industry & Niche: Used to build the contextual prompt for the answer engine query.
• Location (City, State, Country): Used to establish local relevance and competitive baseline.
• Work Email: Used to deliver the resulting Visibility Index report and automated follow-up.

By submitting the audit form, you consent to this high-precision data processing for the purpose of AEO analysis.

AI Audit Disclaimer

The AI Visibility Audit is a real-time simulation of top generative answer engines. Because these models are dynamic and probabilistic, we do not guarantee that the audit results represent a 100% accurate or static ranking for any future search query.

Onboarding & Fulfillment

Clients enrolling in **Tier 2 Foundational Setup** agree to provide necessary technical access (GBP Manager, Website Logins) within 48 hours of onboarding. The "7-Day Sprint" begins once all technical access is verified.
